Adam Folkard pitched the Aussies to a gold medal and himself into the record books. 
New Zealand posted their sixth straight Top 4 finish at the Jr. Men's World Championship. 
Japan opened the event with hot bats, averaging over nine runs per game in starting out with four straight wins. 
The home crowd cheered Canada on to a bronze medal finish. 
Denmark was making its first-ever appearance at the ISF Jr. Men's World Championship.
