Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College advanced all the way to the final four before being eliminated in the morning game of the last day of play.

Wallace State Community College won over 60 games this season before being eliminated by the eventual national championship runner-up.

Fourth-seeded Miami-Dade College won both of their games on the first day of play but then went 0-2 the next day to get sent back home across the state.

After opening the tournament with a loss, #8 North Idaho College ran off seven straight wins to make it to the national championship game, where they forced extra innings before losing, 6-3.
