ISF CONGRESS
The International Softball Federation holds its Congress every other year, on the odd year at sites around the world. Each ISF member country is invited to attend. These meetings span a few days. Some examples of business conducted at these sessions are: amendments to the Administrative and Technical Codes (playing rule changes - considered every four years, officer elections - four years), confirmation of new ISF members, Hall of Fame elections, awarding of World Championships, and more.
Announcements coming out of the (October) 2003 and (November) 2001 ISF Congresses can be found in the Press Releases section of our website, in the Communications section.
