Team Canada Head Coach Lori Sippel, a member of the ISF Hall of Fame, calls out the next drill.

Kristy Odamura was Canada's Team Captain at the 2004 Olympic Softball competition, and also played on their 2000 Olympic team.

Great Britain brought extensive electronic equipment to their training session, including that being employed in this shot showing timing drills coming out of the batter's box.

Head Coach Craig Montvidas addresses the players, just over five months after having guided Great Britain to a 4th place finish (out of ten teams) at the European Championships.

Lauren Bay fires in a pitch for Team Canada. She was the strikeout leader among pitchers during round robin play at the 2004 Olympic Softball competition in Athens.

Other Great Britain hopefuls look on as one of their colleagues goes through a hitting drill.
