Media members are responsible for their own overnight accommodations, but may choose from the following hotels:

Please note that media will also be responsible for their own ground transportation.

Venue facilities
Plant City Stadium has a press box, which will have power and active phone lines (local calls). Media personnel must have a calling card for long distance. There are also wireless internet capabilities at the stadium.

The Randy L. Larson Softball Fourplex presently does not have power. However, there are four phone lines (one at each field), and there is also wireless internet capability.

Interviews
ISF Director of Communications Bruce Wawrzyniak will be on-site to assist with coordinating coach/player interviews, and some schools might have a Sports Information representative on-hand as well. If needed, the conference center inside the ISF headquarters building could be utilized for interviews. One-on-ones will likely take place at the stadium or the fourplex, depending on where the coach's/player's game just took place.
