 LIVE AUDIO BROADCASTS FROM WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP

Today in Whitehorse, Yukon (Canada), the International Softball Federation’s VIII Jr. Men’s World Championship (19-and-under, fast pitch) gets underway. The June 20-29 event will include 70 games. Plans have been finalized for live audio broadcasts of 12 games to be carried online.
Twelve countries will participate in the tournament that will be held at the Pepsi Softball Centre, which is a two-field complex. Australia is the (three-time) defending champion.
